2.Security of personal data and information
The Company shall manage personal information under the following structure.

The Company shall disclose personal information under the following structure.

However, this shall not apply in the following cases.
- When requested by a public agency such as the courts or police, in accordance with the law
- When otherwise specified in the law
- When there exists the danger of harm to the life, health, or assets of the customer or a third party, and it is impossible to obtain the agreement of the relevant customer
- When it is necessary to protect or defend the Company’s rights, assets, or services from actions contrary to the law or the Company’s terms of use/precautions, and it is impossible to obtain the agreement of the relevant customer.
- When a customer has requested the disclosure of personal information, such disclosure shall be made only after the identity of the customer has been verified.
